Bay County Eastside Little League (BCELL) was created by the merger of Bay City Northeast and Bay City Southend Little Leagues. Both of the parent leagues were established in 1952 and have provided quality baseball experiences for thousands of boys and girls. The new league is designed to build upon this 74 years of Bay City baseball tradition.

BCELL will again have 4 divisions (Tee Ball, Machine Pitch, Minors, and Majors) in 2025 to serve boys and girls from ages 4 through 12 of all abilities and levels of experience.
